ALL cleaning scheduling MUST be done online.
ALL cleanings MUST be made DURING business hours.
ALL PETS MUST BE PUT AWAY PRIOR TO CLEANERS ARRIVAL!
Clean The Scene Cleaning Service DOES NOT offer outside services of any kind.
Cancellations MUST be made within 24-48 hours prior to the day of cleaning.
Dishwashing is included in the Routine Cleaning ONLY.
A valid drivers license or state issued ID MUST be provided when client is paying with a check.
Clients that recieve monthly services MUST make invoice payments between the 1st-10th of the every month.
Cash payments MUST be put into envelope with client name on front.
If there is ANY change in clients information client MUST contact Clean The Scene Cleaning Service as soon as possible.
Every client MUST sign cleaning consultation checklist form.
During event cleanings are charged hourly only.
Clean The Scene Cleaning Service DOES NOT clean any mold or mildew.
Consultations must be scheduled TWO days in advance.
